"PUMPKIN"

We are THRILLED to announce that Pumpkin has been sold and will be staying here at HCHF! My Mother, Sybil Murray Burgess has purchased him and Pumpkin will be her personal trail horse. Pumpkin will also be Filleigh Kay's first mount on trail rides! Our entire family adores Hugh Wilder and it is so special to us to be able to keep this super sweet "Hugh Wilder horse"

"Pumpkin" is a very sweet TWH gelding. He is 7 years old and has been at one home his entire life (born and raised there) He has Always been handled with TLC and there is not a mean bone in his body. His owner is older and has had to go to a nursing home...that is the only reason Pumpkin is for sale.

(Pumpkin came from the same home Cash and Chance came from...whom I thankfully placed in wonderful homes last summer...he is owned by Hugh Wilder, a dear friend of mine whom I have...and always will admire greatly)

Pumpkin LOVES people and follows you around the pasture like a puppy dog! He has the kindest eyes I have ever seen! His gait is very true and natural. He gaits on his own...it really does not matter who is riding him...he is just smooth as silk all the time. Pumpkin will ride in the front or back of the group...he does not mind at all. He has been through creeks, mud holes and ponds!...We just returned home from a Mount. trip with him and man was he an angel!!! Just so calm and packed right over those hills!!!...We really got in some tough spots too! He is just such a pleasure to be around...We will only let Pumpkin go to a wonderful loving home...he has only ever known a loving owner and we want to do our best to keep it that way for him!
